Turn your Boring PC into a Classy desktop | Simplest and free method | Remainder Writes

 Everyone wants to make their desktop look classy and give it a pretty good aesthetic. There are dozens of software present on the internet that does this job for you but they use a very large percentage of ram in the background, hence making your system slow.

A high-end system can easily bear the load of that software but, the main purpose behind this post was to give your desktop a really good look without downloading any software, without compromising with the performance.

All you need to do is just stay tuned till the end and you’ll never regret that.

Before starting let me clear that, As we are not downloading any software, you can’t compare these settings with the software one.

Secondly, you should be ready to compromise, just a little, with the aesthetic.

But I can guarantee that we gonna make it 100x times better than your previous desktop. Let’s start with it- 

#Step 1 Delete all the document folder 

Does your desktop also like this? If no, then congrats you’re already one step ahead, and if no, clean them!

You may move them to another folder or somewhere in your disk partition. And clean your desktop completely.

Now your desktop will start looking like this.

There is a lot to do with it so, here comes our second step.

#Step 2 Changing the animation 

Again a very easy but, at the same time very prominent step towards making you deskopt classy.

Here are the steps to follow-

• With your desktop opened, click the right mouse button.

• Then go to ‘Personalize’

• From there choose the ‘Aero Theme’

This setting will animate the basic function of your windows like closing a window, minimizing the window, previewing a running tab, and various other cool features.

#Step 3 Organizing the icons

Organizing the icons, again a very important step.

Here you can go with two things either you delete all the icons from the desktop or arrange them as shown-

• The first and last step for this arrange them on the top of your taskbar just like this 

And you are done, yes as simple as that. This will give your desktop a completely symmetrical look hence, enhancing the visuals.

Please ensure to maintain a proper and equal gap between them as, there is no particular setting for this, you have to do it manually.

#Step 4 Modifying Taskbar

If that thick old-looking taskbar really sucks then, my friend, I must say this one is for you. We gonna modify our taskbar with the simplest setting but, the effect will definitely not be that simple. For that

• Right-click on the taskbar and the following menu will pop up.

• Tap properties and check the autohide taskbar option and Uncheck the lock taskbar option.

You can also change the location of the taskbar from the option: ‘Location of the taskbar on screen”. And can choose the location accordingly.

#Step 5 Choose a cool wallpaper

Now this is really misunderstood by many. Please don’t put a wallpaper of a sports car or bike or boy’s attitude or something like that. That may look cool to you but it's actually not.

I would recommend you to choose a natural wallpaper rather, this will be more classy and make the desktop look aesthetically awesome

#Step 6 Adding some cool software ( Bonus)

I know, I know, what most of you would be thinking but, I am not talking about a software the improve you aesthetics but the application like photoshop, audacity, Illustrator, or any other Application having cool logo.

Think yourself, which desktop will look cool the first one or the second one.
